Who we are

What we collect

The details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, the region and budget you choose and your message. We don’t use advertising cookies. Framer, our website host, records anonymous visit statistics.

Why we use it

To answer your request, arrange viewings and valuations, and send listings you asked for. If you sign up for new listings, we email you only about homes that match what you told us.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed for your request: the agent for your region and, if you buy or sell, the lawyers, notaries and translators involved. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for two years after our last contact. Records linked to a sale or rental for the period the law requires, currently ten years for anti-money-laundering records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@albedo.pt. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
